I was awarded an honorary medal by the Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions for my real impact on leadership development in China, as one of few European experts. I authored “Chinese Business Culture” training for many Polish corporations working with Chinese partners or operating branches in China.

I have lectured on coaching in the MBA programme at Nanjing University Business School and in postgraduate programmes at the WSB University schools in Poznań and Toruń. I have published works both in Poland and China.

My approach to coaching

To me, coaching is the most effective developmental method in the market. It is a moment in which you pause to regain influence: over yourself, your team, your life and the decisions that truly matter.
My coaching mantra is: reach the core, to that point which, once touched, changes everything.

My role as coach is to create a safe space in which you may look at yourself without pretence, without a filter. To ask the question that changes the direction. To name the truth that has been obvious for too long – only too uncomfortable to speak.

I don’t teach how to be a leader or how to grow a business.

I don’t offer ready‑made solutions.

I work with those who are ready to go deeper. To the core.

I work those for whom the stakes are too high for shortcuts.

I ask questions that change thinking – and that help you see things that were previously out of sight.

I do not work with those who want a to‑do list.

How I work?

Each coaching process is personalized and depends on where you are professionally and personally, as well as the challenges you bring.

We work in an atmosphere of complete trust, respect, confidentiality, non-judgment, and unconditional acceptance.

Coaching begins with a conversation in which we examine your current situation and clearly define the goals of our collaboration.

Process

The individual coaching process typically consists of 8–12 sessions, held every 2–3 weeks. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes and can be conducted in Polish or English, either in person (in Warsaw or Poznań) or online. These are moments of deep work, where we move beyond the obvious and get to the heart of the matter.

At the end of the process, we review the outcomes. What has changed? How does your perspective look today? And what’s next – so that you don’t return to old patterns, but move forward on new, more conscious paths.

Effective coaching is one where, in the end, the client already knows and no longer needs the coach. If you’re a leader who already knows everything but isn’t sure what’s next – you’re welcome to join me!
