See what it’s like to work with me

There are many misconceptions surrounding coaching, often because it is sometimes practiced by people with only superficial training. When I decided to begin my own coaching process, I was looking for someone experienced, well-prepared, and deeply familiar with the challenges faced by business owners. Ms. Agnieszka turned out to be an outstanding professional — empathetic, insightful, and equipped with extensive knowledge of both business and psychology. We explored topics such as decision-making, delegating responsibility, reconciling different interests, leading large teams, and balancing professional and personal life. During every session, I felt that I would never have been able to ask myself such meaningful questions or view my challenges from so many perspectives on my own.

Great culture, great class, and remarkable competence — this is Ms. Agnieszka de Lange. We have been working together for several years, and Ms. de Lange has been the author of an important turning point in my life. She is an excellent sparring partner when it comes to discovering one’s strengths and transforming one’s life. It is hard not to notice that in recent years the term and profession of “coach” have become extremely broad, encompassing people who often lack the necessary knowledge, experience, and qualifications for such work. This makes me all the more appreciative of my meetings with Ms. de Lange, who, in every step and every word, demonstrates true professionalism and mastery of her craft. Choose only proven and trusted coaches. Working with another person on their potential and growth is an immensely responsible task.

I first met Agnieszka over five years ago in my capacity as Coaching Director at the Møller Institute, Churchill College at the University of Cambridge. Since then I have had the pleasure of providing her with professional supervision (essential for best practice) and witnessing her executive coaching practice flourish. As a successful coach, she brings many qualities, including authenticity, corporate understanding, empathy, psychological understanding and a client-focused approach. She also has a deep understanding of inter-cultural communications, through her experiences in the United Kingdom and China, as well as her native Poland. She coaches fluently in both English and Polish. As an Executive Coach, she adds value to organisations in many different ways.

After each session, there are some questions left for me to think about, I must say, it’s not easy to complete the whole sessions. After I tried my best to be really open during the sessions and think about it after the session, I made my final decision. That coaching helped me not only for that decision making, but the way of thinking. I was so amazes with this coaching – about the professional tools from the coach, the professional way of asking questions to make you think “upstream”, not only just do it following the way of think ‘downstream
