Business coaching

What is business coaching?

Business coaching is a developmental method for leaders who do not just make decisions every day – they execute them. For those who stand between pressure above them and expectations below – and have the courage to act more wisely.

It is structured, targeted work with a leader – someone making dozens of decisions daily, with no space left for strategic thinking.
Business coaching is designed for managers, team leads, mid- to senior-level directors… those who know how organisations work, shoulder heavy responsibilities and understand that without personal work, real change in their team is difficult.

This is work on the everyday reality – not on the “leader’s vision”. It is on what really drains you today: pressure, invisible boundaries, chaos in the team, poor delegation or decisions that you put off.

Business coaching doesn’t begin with theory. It begins with you: your fatigue, your responsibility, your readiness to change.

This coaching merges two perspectives:

deep work on limiting beliefs, behavioural patterns and your style,

and concrete operational support – in decision-making, team leadership, communication, boundary setting and leading change.

It’s not just about “feeling better” as a leader. It’s about leading more effectively, without burnout, chaos or carrying everything alone.

Business coaching is real, hands-on work on what works, what doesn’t and what you can start doing differently to lead more effectively, wisely and calmly.

As a business coach, I won’t tell you how to manage your team. But I will help you reclaim influence where patterns, diaries and other people’s expectations currently control you.

Instead of telling you what to do, I ask the questions that help you see what to let go of so that you can retake the wheel.
Business coaching yields change that you feel first. Then your team sees it.

When to choose business coaching

It’s time when your daily operations feel less like conscious decisions and more like firefighting.

When you operate amid myriad expectations, trying to satisfy everything, yet still feel tension, chaos or a lack of meaning.
When you have a team, goals and structure, and yet everything still lands on your desk.

When strategic thinking is absent and decisions are made on autopilot.

Business coaching is precise, practical work on what you – as a leader – can begin doing differently, and also what you can stop doing.

Business coaching is useful for you if:

you lead a team and want to do so with more clarity and composure

your communication misses itsthe mark, your team misreads your intention, and frustration rises on both wayssides

you’ve been promoted and feel the jump in responsibility is bigger than expected

you’re stuck in the day-to-day and need to regain perspective

you have trouble delegating, communicating, or setting boundaries

you’re exhausted but can’t let go since everything seems urgent

you want your team to be more engaged – and you know it must start with you

you have no energy left to “motivate” others because you are just holding on

Business coaching is not therapy or mentoring. It’s a real conversation with a business coach who helps you reorder what currently governs you, so can govern it instead of being governed by it.

Sometimes this process starts with a simple question: “How much longer can I go on like this?”

Sometimes it begins with the feeling that things are working but you are not actually present. Because business coaching doesn’t fix you.
It helps you lead as you were always meant to.

What you gain through business coaching

Business coaching does not create illusions. It delivers concrete outcomes:

  • better operational decision-making
  • greater confidence in leading your team
  • the ability to say “no” and set boundaries
  • regained balance between effectiveness and burnout
  • the sense that you are leading – not being led by circumstances
This is work done on you – but with a clear impact on the team and results

After all, you cannot grow a team if you yourself remain stuck.

What does the business coaching process look like?

Each coaching process is tailored to your position, experience, role and current challenges, though generally it includes:

1

Diagnosis and goals

We talk about your reality, without sugarcoating or idealism. What works? What doesn’t? What will you no longer continue with?

2

Work plan

We set specific goals – both developmental and operational. For some, that’s better communication; for others, it’s boundary setting or team restructuring.

3

Coaching sessions:

Meetings every 2–3 weeks, each lasting 60–90 minutes. We work in person (in Warsaw or Poznań) or online, in Polish or English. This is where we move past the obvious to reach the core.

4

Summary and next steps:

At the end, we review outcomes – what has changed, how your perspective has shifted and what future path to take – avoiding a return to old patterns.

Business coaching is for those who recognise that you cannot develop a team if you yourself remain unmoved. If you are such a leader, I invite you to work with me.

What else should you know

Business coaching often takes place in collaboration with an organization, with full confidentiality regarding session content. Three-way sessions (client – supervisor – coach) are also possible to better define goals and boundaries.

Duration of the process: 6–9 months, typically consisting of 8–10 sessions.

Collaboration and reporting guidelines – clear, professional, and based on the ethics of professional coaching.
